How to add an app icon on the Win10 desktop

Using a computer, we usually use the icons on the desktop to be faster. I installed Win10, I wanted to experience the better features brought by the new version, but found no icon on the desktop. It seems that I have to add the icon to the desktop. How do I display the icons we use on the Win10 desktop?
Click the right button on the blank area of ​​the Win10 system and select Personalize on the pop-up menu, as shown below.

Click on the Change Desktop icon on the left side of the Personalize window, as shown below.
