How to retrieve the Charms column on the right side of the Windows10 desktop

If you prefer the Charms bar on the right side of the desktop, there is no way to use it. Use the “Windows key +C” shortcut combination to bring up the Charms bar. But is it annoying to manually press this keyboard shortcut every time?
A foreign user has developed a simple software PopCharms, which can use the Charms bar on the desktop like Windows 8. If you're running the Modern app, move your mouse to the right edge of the screen and it will automatically open the app's “Set>Charm feature.
At runtime, the PopCharms icon will be displayed in the system tray, and the right button can be selected to exit.
