Workaround
1. In the run box, type “gpedit.msc”.
2. Open the Group Policy Editor and open the windows settings.
3. Open the security settings.

5. Open the security option.
6. Open User Account Control: Administrator approval mode for built-in administrator accounts.
6. Check is enabled, save and exit.
