How to experience Win10 system?

On October 1, Microsoft officially announced the Windows 10 technology preview and related downloads. Compared with Win8/8.1, Win10 has corrected a lot of places that are too aggressive in Win8, so it has been paid attention to by users since very early. I believe that many users have begun to adopt this latest Windows 10 technology preview. . However, some small partners will worry that they will not be used to the new Win10 system, so how to solve it? The following small series introduces you to a small tool---virtual machine allows you to experience the Win10 system with peace of mind.
As a test version, Win10 Technology Preview is not suitable for more important work and study occasions. It is only recommended as a trial system. Therefore, it is best to use Win10 Preview with multiple systems or virtual machines. .
If you want to engage in multiple systems, you need to clean up an empty partition. The capacity is 30GB-40GB, and then install the Win10 preview to the new partition. Here to give you a little trick, download the Win10 technology preview version of the image file to the local, use WinRAR and other decompression software to directly extract it, then enter the sources directory in the extracted folder, double-click the setup file in the directory You can choose a new partition installation during the Win10 installation process instead of overwriting the upgrade directly on the current system.
If you can't get out of the partition and don't want to re-adjust the hard disk partition, you can also install the Win10 technology preview version through the virtual machine. Let's take VirtualBox as an example to introduce it.
First of all, you need to install the latest version of VirtualBox (currently 4.3.16), and then create a new virtual machine, the whole process is relatively simple to follow the wizard.
1. When you choose to select the system version, there is no corresponding Win10. You can choose Other Windows (or Windows 8.1) instead, and the name will be free.

Select the virtual machine system version
2. When setting the content size, please note that it is at least 1024MB or 1GB, because the minimum running requirement of Win10 is 1GB. Below this value, the image cannot be installed.
Virtual machine memory allocation of at least 1GB

3, the next step to create a virtual hard disk can use the software's default settings, only allocate 20GB capacity when setting the virtual hard disk size to ensure smooth installation of Win10 .

The virtual machine is newly built but needs to be set up again
4. After the above steps are completed, it is not really completed. Next, you need to set the new virtual.
5, click the Settings button on the menu to enter the detailed options interface, first switch to --system - processor, check "Extension features: start PAE /NX". Then go to the same level tab "Main Board" and check "Enable I/O APIC".

Then click on the rightmost disc button under Properties to select a virtual disc & rdquo;, find the downloaded ISO installation image file in the new window.

Mount the installation image to the virtual machine drive location

Add the installation image Successful
7, after completing the above operation, close the setup window, start the newly created virtual machine, wait a moment, you will see the Win10 initial installation interface, then you can install the Win10 preview version as usual.
At the end of the day, I would like to remind you that installing Win10 Preview on VirtualBox may encounter some errors, especially for older devices. Maybe it is ok to install directly to the hard disk, but it cannot be installed on the virtual machine. For example, if you want to install the error code 0x0000005D, there are some solutions to the error, but it cannot be applied to all the computers that are experiencing problems. Therefore, if you use the virtual machine to install Win10, you will encounter errors and cannot find a solution. I really want to experience Win10, then I might as well use the multi-system approach.
