How to set up Win10 system IE browser cache folder?

  

When we use IE to browse the webpage in Win10 system, IE will cache the webpage to the specified directory. If it is placed on the system disk, it will take a lot of garbage for a long time, which will affect the running speed of the C drive. The browser cache directory is placed on another disk.

Operation steps:

1. First, create a new folder for storing IE cache on other drives. (The author is the Win10 virtual machine, only a C drive, it will simply put desktop)

2, IE icon on the taskbar, open the IE browser. If you unlocked it, please find it in the start menu.

3, click the Settings button, select & ldquo; Internet Options & rdquo ;.

4, the bottom right click & ldquo; disposed & rdquo ;.

5, click on the & ldquo; & rdquo ;. move folders

6, select the new home IE cache, just the new folder location is determined. note! After confirming, the system will automatically log out and re-login to the desktop.

7, repeat steps 2-5 to modify cache size after landing in the desktop setting can be determined.

After the cache folder set up, IE will cache only on the newly selected after the next time you start IE browser folder, the user is given a period of time to clean up the junk files.
