How do all the programs in the Win10 system start menu disappear?

There was a time when I didn't use the Win10 system. Here, I mention that the author's desktop is not placed with icons. They are all placed in the start menu. When you are using the program of the start menu, you are dumbfounded. The application is gone, the same is the problem, how should the user fix it?

Operation steps:

1. Press Win+S to open the search box and enter Powershell to find the program Windows Powershell.

2. Right-click Windows Powershell to run as administrator; Br>

3. In the pop-up command window, type: Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers|  Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\\AppXManifest.xml"}Enter;

4. Wait for the system to be repaired.

After the repair, you need to restart the computer to complete the final step, then you can see the original application icon in the start menu.
