Win10 system boot automatically pops up MSN Chinese network how to solve?

Some users have reported that the Win10 computer will automatically pop up the navigation page of MSN Chinese website every time it is turned on. Is this advertising too obvious? Operation steps:

1. Click the “Run” option in the Start menu, enter regedit and press Enter to open the registry;

2. In the registry Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\NlaSvc\\Parameters\\Internet;

3. Locate the EnableActiveProbing project on the right and double-click it to open it.

4. Set the EnableActiveProbing value to 0 and click OK. Exit, you will not pop up MSN Chinese network after booting.
