How does Win10 set F8 into safe mode?

  

Win10 system is the same as Win8. By default, you can't enter the safe mode by pressing F8 through the traditional boot. This brings us a lot of trouble in the habit. How do we reset the F8 to let the Win10 system boot? What about security mode?

Procedure:
