How to set the Win10 desktop icon spacing

  
There is a user who feels that the default spacing of the newly installed Win10 system desktop icons is too large. The Win7 system can adjust the icon spacing through advanced appearance settings, but this function is cancelled in Win8 and higher. However, we can still adjust the default spacing between desktop icons by modifying the registry.
Especially in touch-screen devices, it is easier to touch the distance between the icons. If you have such a requirement, please refer to the following method:
The method is applicable to: Win8, Win8.1, Win10 system.
1, press Win+R to open the run, enter regedit to enter the registry editor;
2, expand the following location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktopWindowMetrics
3, you will find the name on the right side IconSpacing A string value that represents the horizontal spacing between desktop icons. The algorithm is:
-15*pitch pixel value
For example, the default value is -1125, which means that the horizontal spacing is 75 pixels (px). Modify it to the value you need, such as 100 pixels, and change the IconSpacing value to -1500.

4, modify the value IconVerticalSpacing same way, the vertical spacing between the desktop icon represents.
5. After the modification is completed, cancel the account and log in to the system again. Then uncheck "Align icons to grid" in the context menu of the desktop - view and then re-tick. After
