What should I do if the Win10 Microsoft App Store flashes back?

After upgrading to Win10 Preview 10074, users found a problem: it automatically shuts down every time you start the Microsoft App Store, which means the Microsoft App Store will flash back. We can solve this problem by trying to clear its cache with a command prompt.

Win10 clears the app store cache:

1. Press win+X in the win10 system, then select “command prompt (admin)”;

2. If the User Account Control window pops up, click OK, open a command prompt and type: wsreset to enter;

3. The app store will be opened and prompt “ the app store has been cleared Cache. You can now browse the app in the app store.

In addition, sometimes the failure of the Microsoft App Store is not a flashback, it may be unable to open or crash after opening, we can also solve it through the command prompt.
