Win10 system hides local disk tips

  

Whether it is an individual user or a corporate user, the computer is stored in important files that you do not want others to view. In fact, we can set a hidden local disk to protect important files inside the disk. Let's take a look at how to operate under Win10.

Operation method

The first step is to press the Win+R key combination to open the run command and enter “ldped;gpedit.msc”” and press Enter.

Step 2, in the local Group Policy Editor interface, expand the left user configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> File Explorer (Note: Displayed as Windows Explorer under Win7), find and double-click "Hide & lsquo; My Computer & rsquo; in these specified drives" project in the right window.

In the third step, in the hidden drive settings interface of "My Computer", first click to select “Enabled”, then click “Select one of the following combinations" The down arrow, click inside to select “ only limit D drive & rdquo;, and finally click & ldquo; OK & rdquo; OK.

After completing the above operation, the D drive will not be displayed in the computer. If you want to resume the display, just unhide it.
