Win10 can not drag files under the solution

During the use of Win10 system, the mouse can not drag files several times from time to time. There are several reasons for this problem through search. The following is a list of possible causes and corresponding solutions for your reference.

Possible Cause One: The system process has not completely exited

Solution: Press the ESC key twice to try it out.

Possible Cause 2: Mouse Hardware Failure

Solution: Check the mouse interface (PS/2 type, pay attention to shut down the computer first). If the fault persists, it seems that your computer needs to be replaced. Mouse over!

Possible Cause 3: Group Policy prohibits drag and drop setting error
Solution:

First step, press “Win+R (without quotes, the same below)” , in the run command that appears again, enter “gpedit.msc” and press Enter. (For more open group policy methods, please read the "How to Start Group Policy Editor under Win10" tutorial)

Step 2, in the local Group Policy Editor interface, expand the left panel user Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Task Scheduler, click to select "Task Scheduler", find and egg yolk in the right window and open “ prohibit drag and drop & rdquo;.

The third step is to disable the drag and drop interface, click to select “not configured”, or “disabled”, click OK, restart the computer.

Possible Cause 4: The desktop icon is locked

Solution: This happens only on the desktop icon. The desktop icon should be set to automatically arrange, the desktop is blank and the menu is right. Cancel “automatically arrange icons”

The possible causes 1 and 4 are the most common. It is recommended to check both. In addition, rebooting the system is also a solution that can be prioritized.
