How to remove Media Player

Nowadays, most people use third-party media players, such as Storm Video. The Win10 system still comes with a Media Player player. If you don't want to use it, you can delete it like this.

Operation steps

1. Open the control panel and view it as a large icon.

2. Click on Programs and Features.

3. Select enable or disable Windows features.

4. Uncheck media capabilities.

5. Click OK and the system will automatically delete the Windows function.

After deleting the Media Player player, the system may prompt to restart. If you only want to cancel Media Player as the default player, you can refer to the tutorial "How Win8 Cancel Media Player as the System Default Player".
