Win10 Tip: How to remove the lock screen interface network icon?

  

In the lock screen of Win10, there is a network icon in the lower right corner to indicate the current network status. If you feel this icon is unsightly, you can use the IT home's method to remove it. It should be noted that after the removal here, the login interface network icon will disappear, and the icon can be connected after clicking.

The specific method is as follows:

1. Enter regedit in the Cortana search bar, press Enter to enter the registry editor

2, navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Policies\\Microsoft\\Windows\\System

3, create a new DWORD (32-bit) value, named DontDisplayNetworkSelectionUI, as shown below ——

4 Double-click to modify the value data to 1, click “OK”, as shown below ——

5, restart the file explorer.

This time again Lock screen (can be implemented by Win+L), you will find that the network icon in the lower right corner disappears. After unlocking, you will not find the network icon when you enter the login interface. To change back to the default state, just change the value data of the fourth step back to 0, or delete the DontDisplayNetworkSelectionUI directly.
