. What is the group policy?
The full name of the group policy is the local group policy editor. It is the group policy in the Windows system. The administrator defines and controls the program for the user and the computer. The main tool for network resources and operating system behavior. You can set policies for various software, computers, and users by using Group Policy.
Group Policy exists as an MMC snap-in in Windows that helps system administrators set up multiple configurations for the entire computer or for specific users, including desktop configuration and security configuration. For example, Group Policy can customize the available programs, content on the desktop, and “start” menu options for specific users or groups of users, as well as create special desktop configurations across the entire computer. Simply put, Group Policy is a collection of system change and configuration management tools in Windows.
