Cause analysis: This problem may be a virus, this virus variant will replace the system file comres.dll, using the Eventlog system The service starts itself, so it can't start the program;
Workaround:
Method 1,
Full-scale anti-virus on the computer, open the C:/WINDOWS/system32/dllcache directory in the computer after the anti-virus has been deflected. Find the backup of this file, copy it to the c:/windows /system32 folder, run regsvr32 comres.dll to register the file.
PS: If comres.dll has been loaded and the DllRegisterServer input point is not found, this file cannot be registered. & rdquo; prompt, it means that it has been loaded without registration.

1) Download the comres.dll file online, then copy the files directly to the system directory by means.dll;
