How to enable and disable the system classification function under Windows 7

Symptom:
How to enable and disable the system classification function under Windows 7.
Solution:
System grading is a computer performance testing tool that comes with the Windows 7 operating system. It measures the computer hardware and software configuration functions and represents this measurement as a number called the base score. A higher base score usually means that the computer is running better and faster than a computer with a lower base score.
Each hardware component receives a separate sub-score. The computer's base score is determined by the lowest sub-score, which is not the average of the merged sub-scores. For example, if the minimum subscore for a hardware component is 5.9, the base score is 5.9.
The sub-score is the result of testing on five hardware components of the computer's processor (CPU), memory (RAM), hard disk (HDD), Aero desktop graphics, 3D game graphics, and the score range is from 1.0 to 7.9.
