Principles: "Library"; may be restricted by the relevant permissions, confirm that the permission settings are changed back.
Operation:
First step, click on “Run” in the "Start” menu attachment, or press “Win” and “R” button to call up "Run" ;, and type “gpedit.msc” in the search box and press Enter to open the “Local Group Policy Editor”.

Step 2, in the "Local Group Policy Editor" window, on the left, find "User Configuration", "-“Administrative Templates"-------"Windows Components"--" ;Windows Explorer”.
