Add print server port

  
under win7 1. First click Start--Control Panel, select click “View device and printer"options;

2, then find the icon of the printer you installed, and right click It selects the "Properties" option;

3, then switches to the "Ports" tab, then selects the port, clicks the "Add Port" button;

4. In the pop-up printer port interface, after selecting Standard TCP/IP Port, click the “New Port” button;

5, then click the “Next” button in the pop-up dialog box. ;

6, then enter the IP address of your print server in the box after the printer name or IP address, click Next.

7, continue to select the custom and click the Settings button;

8, then select the LPR protocol in the interface, the queue name is lp1, and check the LPR byte count is enabled and click Confirm the button.

8. Click the Finish button to complete.

9. Click the Apply button and select Close to use the print server to share the printer. (must click on the app to take effect)
