Solution:
1. Some or some software is running on the computer. Since the software is resident in memory, it will automatically appear in the system tray after running. If you turn off the computer, it will not be removed from the system tray. When you quit, you will not be able to shut down. Before shutting down, first exit the various programs that are being executed, and then execute the shutdown command. If the problem is not resolved, go to step 2.
2. Is there a three-party software such as Security Guard 360 or Communication? If so, please turn it off and test whether it can be shut down normally. If the problem is not resolved, go to step 3.
3. Have you ever installed a system patch, if there are any problems in the Control Panel - Programs - Programs and Features - Installed Updates, if the test problem can be resolved. If the problem is not resolved, go to step 4.
4. Press F8 to enter safe mode. If the problem does not reappear in safe mode, use the following steps to troubleshoot the fault caused by the three-party software.
