Win7 program does not respond to time reduction method

There are more and more people using win7 system, win7 compatibility is much better than vista, but running some old programs under win7 will still appear that the program does not respond, of course, even under XP will still appear The situation is different. XP processing is shorter in response to the program, and the win7 handler does not respond longer. How to shorten the unresponsive time of the win7 program? Please see below:
Run the registry, and then expand to HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop , then right click in the blank space on the right side of the window to create a new “DWORD 32-bit value”.
Double-click the newly created value and rename it to “WaitToKillAppTimeout”.
After renaming, you do not need to modify the system defaults, save the changes and exit.
Through the above registry modification, you can shorten the system response time of Windows 7, and avoid the problem of system suspended animation and other issues. In fact, "WaitToKillAppTimeout" has a default in Windows Vista, but I don't know why Microsoft canceled it in Windows 7.
