Recently, Xiaobian uses Windows 7 system, and the remote desktop connection prompts the user name and password to prompt "Your credentials are not working"; With the network Windows XP system landing normal, the server has been set to "Allow any version of remote desktop login". The error picture is shown below:

Workaround:
View the server's "computer name", as shown below:
View method: right click on the desktop icon and select "Attributes" ;

When the user enters the user name, enter the computer name first, and then enter the user name to log in normally. This is the following format: & ldquo; server computer name & rdquo; + & ldquo; & rdquo; + & ldquo; user name & rdquo;. As shown below:

If the server is joined to the network domain, enter the domain name.
