The daily application settings of WinGate software

The Win7 home has already introduced WinGate almost no manual configuration. As long as WinGate is installed on a designated server or personal computer, the entire network can use an Internet account. WinGate includes technologies that simplify network sharing needs and limited configuration. Select WinGate folder in the program of the start menu, click on the GateKeeper, and enter the main interface of WinGate. When we first used it, it asked us to enter the administrator password, as shown in Figure 1.

WinGate is like a small operating system, with an administrator account and a guest account. Of course, if you want to set up other users, just click the “Users” tab in the main interface, you can set the user according to your own requirements, as shown in Figure 2.

WinGate is a proxy server software that gives us DNS/WINS settings. In the main interface of GatdCccpcr, the application of "DNS/WINSResolverConfiguration" is entered. Among them, the WINS service is directly set by software, as shown in Figure 3.

The DNS (Domain Name Resolution) server is filled in by us, generally fill in the IP address of the server, as shown in Figure 4.

WinGate Virtual Private Network (VPN) software combines VPN encryption with other security technologies with access management capabilities to enable a low-cost, scalable VPN solution. This solution is compatible with any kind of network composition. By providing flexible license types and simple ways to set up and maintain, WinGateVPN provides an extended personal network for groups and individuals with branch offices, remote business partners, mobile employees, or at home. As shown in Figure 5.

GateFilter is a plugin included in WinGate 5.0. It uses proprietary ACR (Artificial Content Recognition) processing technology to scan the content of the website through intelligent algorithms to make the software decide whether the subject content is suitable for display. Companies that provide Internet connectivity at their workplaces need this ability to make corporate resources work properly to enforce company policies. GateFilter provides a tool for LANs so that the right content can be accessed without the content being compromised. As shown in Figure 6.
