Enter the Registry Editor
Click Start - type “regedit” in the search box. Press Ente or OK to enter the registry.

Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control item, and then find WaitToKillServiceTimeOut. The value of this key is used to manage the shutdown time. 12000 represents 12 seconds, which can be set by itself.

This value is not recommended to change to 0, the minimum is about 3 seconds, about 10 seconds is relatively normal.
