How to add my computer and other icons on the desktop under win7
When installing a driver such as a video card, right click on the desktop, select “Like Personalization” as shown in the figure.

Change the desktop icon:

The interface where the desktop icon is set: Save the settings.

For the win7 Home Basic Edition, the right click on the desktop does not personalize this item, so click the Start button and type "& ico" in the input field below to select the icon option
