Description of the problem: Sometimes, when I want to delete a file or folder, I usually get "The operation can't be completed, the file is running in another program"; I can't delete it, I quit the program, I can't delete it. .

Figure 1
Problem analysis: If you quit the program, but still can't delete it, there are still such prompts. If this happens, the program may be running in the background or some files. It is occupied by the system or related programs and cannot be deleted.
Workaround: As long as the file is not occupied by other programs. There are many specific methods, including the three simplest methods. First, completely quit the program; Second, restart the computer, press F8 to enter the safe mode (this method works best); Third, enter WinPE.
Method 1: Completely exit the program
is to close all related programs or the programs running in the background connected to them. For example: When you open a song with a cool dog, you want to delete the song. Just quit the cool dog, this is generally fine. (But sometimes if you quit the cool dog, you can't delete it. There is still a prompt that the operation cannot be completed and the file is running in another program. This will take a look at which program is taking up the file. , find out and quit the program to complete the deletion.)
Method 2: Restart the computer to delete in safe mode
When restarting the computer, press F8 to enter safe mode. In safe mode, the system does not actively run other programs, which is equivalent to an undisturbed environment. In this way, the file will not be occupied by other programs or systems, and the file or program can be deleted directly. (This method is best)
Method 3: Delete in WinPE
Enter WinPE, it is similar to entering safe mode, you can delete it directly.
