. I don't know if you noticed it. Win7 Ultimate includes a "Mobile Center" function, which is specially designed for laptop users, allowing users to be in an interface. It's more convenient to access the common system parameter settings such as speaker volume, wireless network connection status and display brightness, and when we complete the above settings in the “Mobile Center”, it is definitely more time-saving than the normal operation. Unfortunately, Win7's mobile center can't be used in desktops (Figure 1). In fact, you can use Win7's mobile center feature in your desktop with a little modification. Below, the author will give you a brief introduction.
Step 1: Install the patch file
Open a download page of Microsoft's official website (website: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=14) , then click the drop-down arrow to the right of “Change Language” on this page, select “Chinese(Simplified)” and click the "CONTINUE” button next to it; then click “ on the pop-up page to continue ” and "Download", download a patch file related to Win7 Mobile Center“drvupdate-x86” to the desktop; finally double click it, follow the prompts to complete the patch file installation operation.

Step 2: Import Registry File
Open Notepad and enter the following (Figure 2):

When the above content is entered, This notebook file is saved as a registry file with the extension REG format (such as “A.REG”) and imported into the Registry Editor.
