Win7 boot prompt "group policy client server is not logged in"

The service is automatically run by default, if some third-party applications modify the user profile permissions, it will cause this problem. We can solve this by adding permissions.
When you turn on your computer or restart your computer, keep clicking the F8 button and pop up the “Advanced Startup Options” window. Use the up and down arrow on the keyboard to move the white highlight bar to select “Safe Mode” and press Back. Car key.

Log in the user account of the problem and record the user name, which we will use below. (Example: ekbtest)

PS: If you can't enter safe mode, maybe try one-click recovery or use the repair CD to repair the operating system.
After entering safe mode, open “start-run", type the command regedit.exe, and press Enter to open the "Registry Editor”.

In the Registry Editor, find HKEY_CURRENT_USER and right click to select “Permissions”.

After popping up the permissions dialog window, click the “Add” button.

In the "Object Name" column, enter the username you just recorded and click OK.

Return to the permissions window, now there will be one more user ekbtest in the group or user name, and the default is selected. Click the checkbox next to the permission bar “Full Control" and press “OK> to save the settings.

Similarly, we add a user named "system" and set full control permissions.

Then exit the Registry Editor and restart your computer.
