Windows 7 practical skills classification warehouse "library"

I have been studying for a few days, and I have accumulated a lot of materials in various courses, and there are many subjects, but it is a little troublesome to manage. When I want to find a courseware for a course, I have to open a few folders to get there. And there are many folders, it is not convenient to find.
I recommend a good Win7 function for you, so that you can manage your folder conveniently. In order to manage our folders more conveniently, Win7 deliberately designed the folder management of "Library".
What is "library";
"Library" is a new feature in Windows 7, which displays all content in a specific folder no matter where your files are stored. It seems that when we start school, the materials of each course are not necessarily put together, when a classmate in the same class wants to copy the courseware of those classes of today. If you include all the course folders in the "library", this is convenient, because all the materials of the subject are all here, at a glance. (It should be noted that the inclusion in the library is not a copy of the file into the library, it does not add the burden of the system, that is, the files in the library are not stored in the library, only a path.)

how to include the folder into the library?
It is very simple to include the file in the library, select a folder & ldquo; right click & rdquo;, then select “ in the pop-up menu to include In the middle, select which library to include, and create a new one if needed.

If you want to include the sub-files in the folder to the library, in addition to the above method of adding the right button, there is a more convenient method. In the toolbar above the folder, there is a library. & rdquo; shortcut menu, but note that if you select a folder, and then click to include in the library, the folder of the selected file is included in the library; and if you do not select the folder, then Include your open folder in the library.

how to delete the folder in the library?
If you want to delete the folder in the library, just open the library, then you can see that the library includes several locations in the upper middle, and then click “ X locations & rdquo;, you can manage the folders in the library.

Then select the folder you want to delete, click delete on the right, and then click OK to delete it. Note that the deletion here does not delete the folder, but the library. The path in the deletion is only affected by the source file. (Tips, similarly, here, just change the delete to add, you can implement the add operation, and include other folders in the library management.)

Folding folders for all subjects Included in the library, so that the next time you find the information you need for each class, you can see at a glance which one you want.
