Retrieve the lost operation center icon in the Windows 7 notification area

The Operations Center is a central location for viewing alerts and performing actions. It helps keep Windows running smoothly. The interface is shown below:

The Action Center lists important messages about the security and maintenance settings that require your attention. . The red item in the Operations Center is marked as “Important” to indicate important issues that should be resolved quickly, such as expired antivirus programs that need to be updated. A yellow project is a task that should be considered for consideration, such as the proposed maintenance task.
In normal times, we can find the icon of the operation center in the taskbar notification area, as shown in the figure:

Recent friends reflected that the white flag icon of the operation center could not be found in the notification area. When trying to display the icon, it was found that in the "Open or Close System Icon", the "Operation Center" behavior is "Close" and is not gray, as shown in the figure: Br>
If we turn off User Account Control (UAC), this problem will occur, so we can first check if UAC is turned off.
We can enter UAC in the search box of the start menu, and the search result will be displayed in the start menu “change user account control settings, as shown in the figure:

View the current UAC settings status, as shown below, we can set it to the default second file to enable UAC function.

After restarting the computer, you can see the familiar "small white flag".
But most of my friends have not disabled UAC, but they have encountered the same problem. Therefore, we can check if the Action Center is disabled in the Group Policy (Professional and Ultimate Support Group Policy only).
Type gpedit.msc in the Start Search box, press Enter, open the Group Policy Editor (if the User Account Control window pops up, please allow to continue).

In turn, click "User Configuration - Administrative Templates - Start Menu and Taskbar", find it from the right detail window and double-click to open the "Delete Action Center icon" and configure it as "Unconfigured" ”.

restart your computer, check the icon back yet
PS:?
some other third-party protective software may also cancel the message prompts center, we carefully check the settings again . If you still can't recover, you can finally resort to the Registry Editor:
Enter regedit.exe in the search box of the Start menu, press Enter, open the Registry Editor.
Targeted: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPolicies
After expanding the item, confirm that the child contains Explorer and confirm that the child contains a value named "HideSCAHealth", if any, delete the value. Solve the problem.
(By default, this location does not have the Explorer item, so you can safely delete the item. In addition, before modifying the registry key, please export the registry key as a backup for accidental deletion. After the registry key has a problem, you can import the key value to fix it.)
