Solution for Win 7 to delete SYSTEM permissions file

The thing is like this. I have an ESET-NOD32 antivirus that can automatically get the ID on the Internet. After installation, I know a small program that automatically gets the ID of "ESET_VC52_AUTOID.exe". But not the latest version. I am going to the latest version just like replacing it. Unfortunately, the original can not be deleted. It is said that Win7's SYSTEM permission is required to delete it. I have tried a lot of online methods that can't be solved. Later, the whimsy used the "isolation" function that comes with NOD32. Heaven. Actually it can be. . Excited me. . . ***OOOXOXOXOXOXOX. Excited to come to the forum to send you to see. I hope to help some people who are as depressed as me.

PS: I don’t despise me if I know the old birds. . There are better ways to come and share it with everyone. Thank you.
