1, click the combination key win + r, after the running window is opened, enter gpedit.msc inside, then click the "OK" button to local The Group Policy Editor opens, as shown in Figure:

2. After the Local Group Policy Editor opens, locate the User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Control Panel, and Personalization options in the window and open them one by one. Then in the personalization settings on the left, select "Block the change theme" and set the window and double-click to open it;

3, find the window that prevents the change of theme settings, click on the disabled button inside, then click “Apply, OK “ button, so the local Group Policy Editor is closed;
