1. On the Win7 system start menu, click the Run dialog box;


2. Enter the gpedit.msc command in the Run window and press the Enter key to open Local Group Policy Editor;

4. Double-click in the right pane Open the Internet Explorer process;

5. On the window that opens, select “Enabled”, then click the OK button to save.
