How to build FTP server under win7

  

Write today to use IIS built with win7 to build a simple FTP server, please confirm that your system version is win7 Ultimate before reading this article, other versions do not seem to have IIS. . .

Then open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. . . It is recommended to send a shortcut to the desktop. After opening the manager, right click on the website and select Add FTP Site

Then fill in the site information. . . The physical path is filled in the folder you want to be accessed by others. For example, I have created a folder named FTP on the E disk.

Then I have to fill in the IP address. For the LAN like campus network, remember to choose the inside. Web address. . . The external network is not accessible. . . The default port is 21. SSL is not selected. Whether to automatically start FTP, choose it yourself, as shown in the figure

IIS ftp can not add password, password is also used in your computer account. . . So choose all users

Then select your site, go to the right to find the virtual directory, then add the virtual directory

Name

Then right click on your site -FTP Management - Launch and then type in the browser. . Visit your site

Note that 360 will be vulnerable after installation. After the repair, the FTP service will not start automatically. Please also manually start your FTP service in Computer Management - Service. . .
