Stop the print spooler service

Click Start--Run--Enter“msconfig”--Click“Service"--Remove the "preter spooler" service before the service. OK;


delete the C: \\ Windows \\ System32 \\
all files under the spool \\ PRINTERS directory

1, restart the service: print spooler, (restart procedure open steps are the same);

2, click the start menu & mdash; & mdash; select devices and printers: Right-click the printer icon, remove the device;

3, select another one printer icon, right click and select Print server properties & mdash; & mdash; driver & mdash; & mdash; delete, select remove driver and driver package, and click OK;
