How to set up a network printer in Win7 system?

  

There is basically a printer in the company or company that is shared by all colleagues, but in many cases one device is always unable to meet the printing needs. This requires everyone to learn to set up a network printer, then, how to set up a network printer in Win7 system?

Method /Steps

1. First open the task manager of your computer and find the device and printer options.

2. Click Devices and Printers option, enter the device and printer interface.

3. Click the right mouse button, the pop-up menu options, menu options, there are the Add Printer option.

4. Click the Add Printer option to bring up the Add Printer window, there are two options, one is to add a local printer, and the other is to add a network, wireless or bluetooth printer. Here we choose to add a local printer.

5. Click Add a local printer options window to jump to select the printer port interface, where you select Create a new port, the port type selection standard TCP /IP port.

6. Click Next, type the printer to enter the host name or IP address window, enter the printer's IP address.

7. Click Next and enter detect TCP /IP port interface.

8. The system detected, TCP /IP port settings are correct, automatically jump to install the printer driver interface.
