Vista system troubleshooting method

One: crack TCP/IP concurrent connection number can not enter the system

A lot of friends optimize Vista, found that can not enter the system, the screen prompts due to changes in hardware or software, Windows can not start up.

This problem occurs because the optimization software is used to change the number of concurrent TCP/IP connections. After rebooting, you cannot enter the system. It is closely related to Vista anti-piracy technology. To prevent worm spread and attacks, Vista limits the number of concurrent TCP/IP connections (2 for the home version and 25 for the flagship version), while Vista controls the number of threads via "c:windowssystem32driversTcpip.sys" Realized, this is a driver configuration file, if you change it, Vista will mistake your hardware configuration for a change, which will cause the startup to fail.

Solution: Use the Vista installation CD or PE boot CD to fix it. If you start the auto repair function with PE, you can use the following command to replace the original file in the command prompt: X:WindowsSystem32driverstcpip.sys

Two: system patch cannot be installed after optimizing system service

After using the software to optimize the system service of Vista, when installing the downloaded system patch, the system displays the prompt "Installer encountered error: 0x80070422". The patch could not be installed.

Analysis: Vista's system service management is obviously more "demanding" than XP. The above failures are caused by the shutdown of the Windows automatic upgrade service. Some friends turn off the system automatic upgrade service, and then manually download the patch with 360 security guards. However, when Vista installs some patches, it may use the automatic upgrade service (connected to the Microsoft website for verification), and will terminate the installation if it detects that the service is closed.

Solution: Just re-enable the automatic update service. Click "Start", enter "services.msc" in the search box to start the service management component, then double-click the right Windows Update service, set the startup mode to "automatic", and start the service at the same time.

3: U-disk can not be correctly recognized after using the optimized software to lose weight

Many friends used the optimization master software of early 2007 to lose weight for Vista, and will drive the backup file "C:WindowsSystem32DriverStoreFileRepository" Delete, restart and find plug-and-play devices such as USB flash drive, Vista requires the driver to be installed, but it can not be successfully installed. The latest Vista optimization master (the latest version of the official download) has solved this problem, no longer have to worry about it in the future. This is the problem.

Solution: The solution is naturally to restore the catalog. Prepare the Vista installation CD and copy the "Disc directory sourcesinstall.wim" to d:. Then start Wimtool, load the first part of install.wim into d:pe, then copy d:peWindowsSystem32DriverStoreFileRepository to C:WindowsSystem32DriverStore.

Summary: We don't object to changing system defaults to improve system functionality. But before optimization, you must understand the optimization project, so as to avoid the inconvenience caused by incorrect optimization. Of course, due to new faults in Vista's new features, you should prepare the appropriate tools (such as Vista installation disk, PE CD, etc.) and master the corresponding repair techniques in case of any eventuality.
