win7 Ultimate will upgrade the ie9 browser to ie11 and will not start the solution

1. Double click to open the IE browser. Then find the Tools-Internet option in the taskbar window above;

2. In the pop-up Internet Options window, switch the interface to the Security column and find the "Enable Protection Mode" below. (requires restarting Internet explorer) & rdquo; check the box;

3, then switch the interface to the last advanced item again, then pull the pull bar on the right in the list below to find &ldquo ; enable integrated windows verification & rdquo;, & ldquo; enable enhanced protection mode & rdquo; these two, select them separately, and finally click the OK button below to save the settings.
