How to add a network printer to Windows 7

  

1. Open the Win7 Start menu and type “Print” in the search box to start the menu at the top of the menu <Print Management”.

2, click to open & ldquo; print governance & rdquo; governance, right click on the left side of the "print server", select “ add /delete server & rdquo;.

3, then in the "Specify the printer server" under "Specify the server", click on the right side of the "Browse & rdquo;."

4, select "Network" on the left, and then select the server you want to connect to the printer on the right. After selecting, the following option box will display the name of the corresponding printer server,

5, click on the right side of the "Select Server" & rdquo;, then click “ Add to the list & rdquo;, with the click "Apply", then click "Determine" & rdquo;

6. Click "Start" again in the "Search Box" to enter the IP address of the printer server, then the shared printer will be opened, then click on the printer you want to connect to, right click “Connect”, then confirm it all the time.
