Turn off the Win7 sidebar function

Win7 does not seem to have sidebar function, only gadgets, in fact, the sidebar function is present, and will take up some system resources. In Win7, the user can disable the startup of the Win7 sidebar by disabling UAC. Then check the registry and delete the startup items in the registry in the sidebar.
Open the Registry Editor, find the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Run branch, and find and delete the "Sidebar" key in the right window.
Or run the system configuration program msconfig, disable the sidebar item in the startup project.
