Windows 7 offers three power mode notebook cooling methods

The Windows 7 system provides the following three power modes. When working in different modes, the working frequency of the computer hardware will change, which affects the power consumption, and indirectly achieves the purpose of cooling the notebook. 1. Balance mode power consumption depends on the usage, and the heat dissipation is slightly higher. In the default setting of the balance mode, the power supply plan of the graphics card is “Balanced”; after the power is turned on, the processor heat dissipation mode is “active”. The minimum processor status is “5%”, the maximum processor status is “100%”; the screen brightness when using the battery is 40%, and 100% when the power is turned on. That is to say, in balanced mode, full performance is provided only when the computer is active, and when it is inactive for a period of time, it automatically enters the power saving state. For most people, this is the most reasonable power plan. 2. Energy-saving mode has the lowest power consumption minimum. In the default setting of the energy-saving mode, the power plan of the graphics card is “Maximum battery life”; the processor cooling method is “passive”, and the minimum processor status is “ld”; 0%”, the maximum processor status is "100%"; the screen brightness when using the battery is 40%, 100% after the power is turned on. The energy-saving mode is more suitable for mobile office use. All hardware works in the lowest power consumption state, which is the mode with the lowest power consumption, so the heat dissipation is the lowest. 3, high-performance mode power consumption, computer directly into the radiator In the high-performance mode default settings, the graphics card's power plan is "highest performance"; processor cooling is "active", the minimum processing The status of the device is "100%", the maximum processor status is "100%"; the screen brightness when using the battery is 100%, and 100% after the power is turned on. In high-performance mode, all hardware is in optimal working condition, so it consumes more power and the heat dissipation naturally increases.
