Win7: Disable page automatic download

  

When you use Windows7 to access the Internet, when you open a web page, IE or download software automatically downloads some inexplicable things? This is some malicious content is automatically downloaded to the local through the system's own IE browser or download software, and these malicious content is likely to automatically run to harm your local system security.

In this case, we always try to prohibit it from automatically downloading it. In just a few simple steps, we can prohibit the automatic downloading of content from the web page to the local hard disk.

First click [Start] → [Run], enter "ldped;gpedit.msc" in the dialog box, enter, the corresponding group policy editing interface appears.


Select [Computer Configuration]-[Management Template]-[Windows Components]-[Internet Explorer]-[Security Function]-[Limit File Download]


Double-click [Internet Explorer Process], select the [Enabled] option in the pop-up dialog box, and then determine the application


Of, through the above settings, We don't have to worry about IE automatically downloading the content of the web page!
