First, use WinPE boot system with partition tool, be sure to use WinPE boot on CD or U disk, do not use install WinPE boot of the hard disk.

Second, use the partitioning tool such as WINPM, delete the 200MB hidden partition, and then merge this deleted partition into another partition. Then set the installation partition where Windows 7 is located, such as the C drive, as the active partition.

Three, click the "Start" menu, select "Programs → Command Prompt", enter "c:\\windows\\system32>bcdboot c:\\windows /sc:" and press Enter to repair Windows 7 Boot boot.
