New Xiaobai 516 U disk boot GHOST installation Win7 (1)

NNNNNNNNNN hasn't updated the space for a long time, huh, huh~~~ The article I installed WIN7 when I bought the MAC a few months ago, one as an update, the second to memorize! Since the start of June 25, starting from Xiaobai, these days have been wondering how to install a dual system for Xiaobai: Mac+Win7
, when buying, the brothers are Mac+XP, and honestly used to After Win7, there is really no interest in XP. Although there may be fewer opportunities to use Win in the future, I decided to install Win7.
Because I am the first new contact with the Macbook, I am really a NewbIE. It’s exciting and pleasant to start with the machine and Mac OS. What’s more, the brain is blank and I don’t know where to start. Well, there is a versatile Google. After nearly five days of study and practice on and off, after numerous failures, depression, embarrassment and madness, I finally tossed up tonight. Let me share my experience with you and hope to help those new Macs like me.
Objective:
This is very simple
1, install dual system Mac+Win7
2, U disk Ghost installation, non-new installation (I have not installed Windows for many years, I hope that the new installation please bypass , Valley wants information N more ^ _ ^)
Software and hardware preparation:
1, Macbook one (nonsense!)
My machine is a new white, is the most entry-level 516, the country line Other types of machines have no conditional tests. You are welcome to add them.
2, a large-capacity U disk a
4G should be enough, I only have a purple light 8G, take it to test the knife.
3, Mac OS system installation disk
This CD-ROM is mainly used to install drivers for Win7
4, rEFIt
This is used to force the display system to start the selection menu, press Or do not press the Option key. I downloaded the latest version of 0.14, please go here and download the version you need.
5, Win7 Ghost image
hands-on
Everything is ready, you can start work.
First, mass production U disk
The purpose of this step is to virtualize a USB-CDROM.
Macbook does not have BiOS, does not support USB-ZIP and USB-HDD, but supports USB-CDROM mode. At the beginning, I was confused about this "production". I only saw some articles saying that I wanted to mass-produce. I didn't say why I wanted to mass-produce. This "mass production", as its name suggests, refers to the mass production of U disk with the same function. We are not a mass-producer for a U disk. It may be more appropriate to use "customization". Mass production is also good. Customization is to use your U disk to virtualize a CDROM and burn it in your CDROM. Enter the content that automatically runs after startup. Here, just burn "Win7" into the CDROM! You can "burn in" the pure Win7 installation content, and in the future, the CDROM will be fully installed after booting. I burned the flagship ISO image of the earth.
The specific mass production process, I will not go into details here. Because this involves the main control chip and model of your U disk, for example, the main control chip of my purple 8GU disk is Anguo AU6983, different master chips and models have different mass production software corresponding to it, everyone Google or It’s Baidu. I am the first time to play mass production, I believe you can also:) can refer to here: http://baike.baidu.com/vIEw/1449056.htm?fr=ala0_1_1
Second, give Win7 partition
In general, you must at least give Win7 a partition of sufficient size, for example, I gave the Win7 system partition 32G space. However, for users who use Windows, in addition to the C drive, you need a work disk, such as the D drive. Here you can allocate the D drive according to your own needs, to divide how many G and so on. If you install Win7 not for experimentation, I believe that you will definitely divide a D disk out, huh, huh, isn't it? I gave 100G to the D drive.
Specific operation:
1. Click "Application" - "Utility" - "Disk Utility" to bring up the disk tool on the Dock in turn. 2. Find your hard disk on the left side of the pop-up window. Click and then click on "Partition" on the right, so you can see your hard drive partition. You can also click on the corresponding partition to see the partition information, such as name, format, size, and so on.
Click on the partition where you need to divide the new area, and then click the "+" below, it will divide the new space from the original partition to form a new partition. The default capacity is equal, you can Change the name, format, and size of the new partition to the appropriate place on the right. If you are not satisfied with the new partition, you can also select it and click "-" to delete it. After this operation, you will leave "gray" free space in the original position. You can drag the upper right corner of the partition to fill the space. space.
Description:
1, a lot of posts said to use BOOTCAMP to partition and install Windows, is to click on the "Applications" - "Utilities" - "BootCamp Assistant" on the DOCK to operate. I personally think that this is not necessary, because this time the toss is a bit messy, and later you can try it yourself.
2, if you use Ghost installation test, MS new partition format is not too care, because I found the Win7 system area format is Mac OS log type after the completion of the district, also Ghost success, 囧~~~< Br>
