Unable to open outlook solution under win 7 system

Usually I can't open Outlook because the configuration file is out of order due to illegal shutdown. It will appear that I can't start Outlook and can't open Outlook window. This window prompts that this error is more common. The solution is as follows:

1, first go to the office installation directory (2007 in an office12 directory, 2010 in an office14 directory) to find a program called: scanpst.exe, run this program, select your mail file (XXX.pst) After the repair, run Outlook 2. Execute the following command: outlook /importprf .\\.prf Next, you need to import the previous pst file, run Outlook 3, execute in the command line, “outlook /resetnavpane ”

I am not talking about this, but a more weird problem. The error pop-up prompt is "Unable to start microsoft outlook", and the above steps will not work. Creating a new email account in the management panel will prompt you. Insufficient resources, some windows need to be closed, and new mail accounts cannot be created. The solution is very funny:

In the office installation directory, find outlook.exe, right-click and select to set the compatibility mode, run it to start Outlook, then you can remove the compatibility mode, run Outlook to rebuild the account configuration. The file is fine.
