Windows 7 system often uses black screen or prompts unexpected shutdown

Fault phenomenon: Formatted the XP system that has been used for N years, and changed to Windows 7 in less than a week, there are some abnormalities. Sometimes it does not enter Windows and it is black. After rebooting, it prompts "Windows unexpected shutdown"; sometimes Will automatically restart, and there is no sign; sometimes suddenly black screen in use, will prompt "Windows unexpected shutdown" after reboot.

Solution: This kind of problem is not likely to be a problem with Windows 7 system, because if it is a software problem, it will not shut down directly without any warning, so the possibility of hardware comparison Big. It is recommended to press DEL or a specific button after booting (see the motherboard's manual) to enter Bios to see the temperature of the CPU and motherboard. It is very likely that the CPU or motherboard temperature is too high, resulting in forced shutdown, mostly because the fan inside the chassis is heavily dusty. You can do the cleaning inside the chassis first. If the problem persists, it is likely to be a hardware failure.
