Optimize Windows 7 so that the hard drive light is not flashing

Stop the service at the control center first. Click Run in the start, enter "Services.msc" in the pop-up dialog box, and click OK. In this case, find "Windows Defender". After double-clicking, a dialog box will pop up. Click "Startup Type" and select "Disable" in the drop-down menu. The entire system service will be stopped. The way Windows Search and Volume Shadow Copy are disabled is similar (this is not an example here).

Then click OK to exit. However, such operation recommendations are only for non-system disks, such as D, E, F disks, etc., which we use to store movies or music, and the system disk is better.
