Camera application in Win8 cannot use camera

Use the camera app under Win8 system. Tip: This app needs permission to use your camera and can't take pictures.

Cause analysis:
In the camera application, the permission to set the camera is off.
Solution:
First, in the camera application, call the charm button, select “ settings & rdquo;.
