You can use Windows' built-in "Windows PowerShell" to completely delete the folders of these applications.
In the Metro interface, right click and select “All Apps” at the bottom, and click “Windows PowerShell” under the “Windows System” menu. Click Open (or right-click “run as administrator).

Open, after C:UsersName>, enter the “Get-AppxPackage” command, (you can copy the text, then right-click on the input interface & paste; paste) and press Enter. You can view the directory of all programs under the Metro interface.

Enter “Remove-AppxPackage”plus "space” after C:UsersName>.

Find the name of the program to be completely deleted (Name), find the folder location (PackageFullName), select the location folder name, right click the mouse to copy, press the right mouse button at the input location to paste the file name to be deleted. . Click Enter to delete.
