Win8 upgrade to Win8.1 black screen, blue screen solution

  
After upgrading from Win8 system to Win8.1 through the application store, black screen, blue screen, etc. appear before restarting into the desktop, unable to enter the operating system.
Cause analysis: Some models with intel+AMD display card are not compatible with the display driver.
Workaround:
Method 1: Not yet upgraded to Win8.1
1. Before upgrading the win8.1 system, uninstall the Intel and AMD graphics card drivers in the device manager. FIG follows:


2. After the completion of the unloading step, and then upgrade to the system through the use windows8.1 store.
Method 2: Upgraded to Win8.1 and the black screen blue screen has been activated
1. Press and hold the “Power button” to keep the system shut down for about 5 seconds;
2. Press the “Power button” & rdquo; Turn the computer on;
3. Repeat 1-2 steps 3 times;
4. You will see the recovery interface, select “ advanced recovery options & rdquo;---<quo; Troubleshooting” Shown:

5. Select “Advanced Options>;

6. Select “Startup Settings>;

7. Click “Restart”;

8. Select “5.Enable security mode with network connection>;

9. Restart will enter safe mode, right click on “Start menu”Select“Device Manager”;

10. Uninstall Intel and AMD's graphics card drivers in Device Manager.
